It has always been, but today in a liquid world the strongest requirement to succeed is not to own a strong knowledge anymore, even if that helps, but the focus is on the capability to learn.

Of course there is no capability to learn without a knowledge base, but the knowledge will become worn faster than ever before, learning what’s new – with the awareness of what it was – is the kernel of success.
